Next up is the Dry Fruit Ghevar served with a side of Thandai Rabdi. A classic ghee-fried ghevar soaked in sugar syrup, topped with nuts and served with a side of thandai flavoured rabdi - because Holi is truly incomplete without Thandai, right?
The Thandai Shrikhand is as Holi as it gets! A popular part of the Holi spread, Shrikhand is made with hung curd and sugar. Different flavours can be added to make it your own and we’ve done just that! Flavoured with thandai, topped with rose petals and almonds, this truly is as Holi as it gets!
Glazed doughnut meets Holi! Our Shahi Balushahi is flaky, sweet and topped with thandai cream, rose petals and boondi. Served with a side of thandai rabdi.
