About My Order

How can I track my order?

For Mumbai, your order will be delivered on your chosen date between 10 am to 8 pm.

For outside Mumbai, we dispatch all orders as soon as possible after which our shipping partners take between 3-5 days for metro cities. Track your order here.

Can my order be scheduled to arrive on a specific date?

Yes, if your delivery address is within Mumbai. You can even order up to 6 weeks in advance. For All India shipping, we suggest placing your order at least a week before desired date.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum cart value to order, we happily fulfill all your cravings!

However, minimal shipping charges apply automatically for express orders within Mumbai and All India orders.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be changed. If you'd like to add products, please place a new order and drop us a line so we can ship them together!

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled as they are all perishable products. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy here.

Can I pick up my own order?

Yes, as long as it's within our shop timings.

Bandra:
11 am to 12 am (Sunday-Thursday)
11 am to 1 am (Friday & Saturday)

Where all do you deliver to?

From our website, we currently deliver within Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and to Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata & Pune!

You can also order through Swiggy & Zomato in Mumbai.

We only fulfill prepaid orders at the moment but you can pay by cash at our outlets (Byculla & Bandra)

What is the shelf life of your products?

Since all our products are preservative-free, their shelf life differs, ranging from a day to 6 months. Please refer to the product pages and packaging instructions for each product's shelf life.

Some of our products need to be refrigerated as soon as you receive them, so please do look out for the storage instructions!

Do your products have any preservatives?

No, all our products are preservative-free.

Do your products contain any allergens?

Some of our products contain gluten, nuts, dairy and these labels are on the respective product page and packaging for your quick reference.

Please note all our products are made in the same facility which processes nuts and gluten.

Are your products eggless?

Yes! All our products are 100% eggless and are completely vegetarian.

Our Cheat Sweets collection is refined-sugar free, made with jaggery, dates and coconut sugar.

I'm traveling and want to carry Bombay Sweet Shop products. What will travel well?

Hmmm, it's so hard to pick! Our Choco barks, Chikkis, Kachoris travel well for long stays and the rest of our collection does well if you're looking to gift within the week.

Do your products need to be refrigerated?

Most of our products need to be immediately refrigerated. Do look for storage information on the packaging.

You can bring our sweets to room temperature when you wish to consume them!

How will my bulk order be delivered?

For Mumbai deliveries we can deliver to individual addresses.

For outside Mumbai we can ship your full order to your preferred address (charged at shipping actuals) or you can arrange for your own pick up from our Mithai Shop in Byculla, Mumbai.

What's the minimum advance notice for bulk orders?

We'll need at least a week's advance notice to make magic happen for your event.

I want to send a gift hamper. Can you please remove the invoice from the bag?

Don't worry, we remove the invoice from all orders at the time of delivery!
