No trip to Lonavala is ever complete without the fudge and chikki stop on the way back! We took the best of both our favourites to create Bombay's 3 Layer Fudge. Our version is made with two layers of 70 % chocolate peda sandwiched with a silky 55 % dark chocolate ganache and crunchy house made peanut brittle. This fudge is then then cut in the size of our mithai box and garnished with a peanut cashew tuile for another layer of crunch. Each bite is filled with absolute sinful decadence!
