When you glance through the display of any Bengali sweet shop, you are often on the quest to distinguish one chenna sweet to the other! Rasgulla, Rasmalai, Rajbhog, Chom Chom, while it can all be a tad bit confusing, they are all just so delicious!

At Bombay Sweet Shop we take our favourite bits of a classic mithai to give you something completely new and our Rasmalai is just that, the best of both worlds. We mimic the size and form of the Rajbhog but serve it as a Rasmalai. Our traditional Rasmalai is soaked in saffron sugar syrup and then steeped in saffron milk!
