We can't think of a better pick me up than a bowl of warm Gulab Jamun. Inspired by all our memories of enjoying this, we decided to give you a version that is slightly different but just as delicious!

Our Gulab Jamuns have been inspired by the 'Lemcha' which is traditionally a stuffed Gulab Jamun. Our version is stuffed with a filling of pistachios and saffron, fried and then doused in a sugar syrup. Each bite has the soft melt in your mouth texture of the khoya and chenna met with nutty pistachios.
