Holi is one of our favourite festivals – all the colours, the laughter, the joy of coming together with friends and family, and of course, the mithai! This year, let’s celebrate Holi Ke Rang, Mithai Ke Sang – with every colour, every bite, and every laugh.

Gujiyas are such an integral part of Holi celebrations. In fact, we can’t think of Holi without it! We decided to keep our favourite parts of the Gujiya, its flaky texture and crunchiness intact and reimagined the filling of it. While a traditional gujiya is filled with khoya and nuts, our chefs wanted to amp up the richness of this Holi essential and have made a filling of coconut, chocolate, pista, cashew and cardamom! The gujiya is pleated, fried in ghee and coated with sugar.
