We couldn’t let Diwali end with just mithai. So we took a rasgulla and gave it a rather unexpected second act. It gets soaked in coffee, layered with mascarpone cream and finished with cocoa and chocolate brittle. Somewhere between an Indian sweet and an Italian dessert, it becomes something entirely its own.
