The Magic Behind The Mithai!
Holi is one of our favourite festivals – all the colours, the laughter, the joy of coming together with friends and family, and of course, the mithai! This year, let’s celebrate Holi Ke Rang, Mithai Ke Sang – with every colour, every bite, and every laugh.
Our Assorted Holi Mithai has the classic mithai, with a holi twist, and a dash of colour! It includes an orange Thandai Motipak, a saffron peda layered with boondi, layered with luscious Thandai-infused ganache, a hint of sea salt, and a gilded finish. Holi in every bite!
Next up is a green Pista Peda! Velvety pista peda paired with a bright and zesty orange-apricot jam, finished with a golden touch. Nutty, fruity, and oh-so-lush!
It includes the colourful Rangeela Boondi Laddoo – Classic boondi laddoo gets a playful twist with vibrant hues, crunchy cashews, and warm notes of cardamom and nutmeg. A colour blast for your taste buds!
Next up is Gulab Thandai Peda - a delicate pink peda bursting with floral and spiced Thandai ganache, finished with fragrant rose petals. Sweet, spiced, and oh-so-dreamy!
Coconut Gulab Milk Cake, a rich and creamy milk cake infused with gulkand, and cashews, topped with coconut.
It also includes Nolen Gur & Coconut Kheer Kadam, Dark Chocolate & Coffee Barfi, Biscoff Dulce De Leche Peda and Kesar Paak.
