Inspired by the brittle candy texture of this local delicacy, our Barks are made by sandwiching a generous layer of silky butterscotch caramel between dark chocolate. This is then topped with roasted almonds for crunch and then sprinkled with sea salt to balance out the sweetness.
Our Indie Bar - Strawberry Katli Crunch is where we’ve added a seasonal, ever-loved twist of strawberries. The base of our Indian chocolate bar is a Strawberry Katli Crunch. This is then layered with white chocolate strawberry ganache and rice crispies, and enrobed in 54% dark chocolate.
