Our Indie Bar - Strawberry Katli Crunch is where we’ve added a seasonal, ever-loved twist of strawberries. The base of our Indian chocolate bar is a Strawberry Katli Crunch. This is then layered with white chocolate strawberry ganache and rice crispies, and enrobed in 54% dark chocolate.
To add some spice, there’s our Pani Puri Popped Chips - not baked, not fried and made with chickpeas, these chips are popped to crispy perfection! Binge eating has never been this chatpata and delicious. Our Chocolate Butter Cookies are equal parts of chocolate, butter and indulgence! With rich cocoa, dark chocolate chips and sea-salt, these cookies are the perfect after-meal treat!
Finally, our bestseller Choco Butterscotch Barks. Inspired by the brittle candy texture of this local delicacy, our Barks are made by sandwiching a generous layer of silky butterscotch caramel between dark chocolate. This is then topped with roasted almonds for crunch and then sprinkled with sea salt to balance out the sweetness.
