There are multiple ways to enjoy Parle-G, India’s favourite tea-time essential. But, dunking it into a cup of chai is the most preferred way!

With every new collection at Bombay Sweet Shop, we think of fun ways to reinterpret traditions. Our Chai Biscuit Choco Barks is tribute to the tea time ritual of dunking and enjoying Parle-G biscuits with chai.

A rendition of our classic Choco Butterscotch Barks, the Chai Biscuit Choco Barks are made with two layers of dark chocolate compound sandwiching a layer of chai spice caramel made with ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and crushed parle-G biscuit. It is then garnished with roasted almonds, sea salt and parle-G making each bite crunchy, nostalgic, buttery and oh-so-sweet.

This combo also has our classic best-selling Choco Butterscotch Barks, inspired by Lucknow’s famous Sohan Halwa. Our Barks are made by sandwiching a generous layer of silky butterscotch caramel between dark chocolate compound. This is then topped with roasted almonds for crunch and then sprinkled with sea salt to balance out the sweetness.
