What is the minimum order quantity?
During Diwali, we require a minimum of 50 hampers for any customisation to be provided. For a smaller quantity, we suggest ordering directly through our website, which has many pre-set hamper options with a varied budget range available.
What is the lead time like?
A quick turnaround with a minimum of 3 to 4 days without customisation and with customisation, you can expect a turnaround time of about 5 to 7 days (during the festive season, this may vary).
Can we personalise products?
Yes, we can personalise your hampers with a selection of our mithai, namkeens and add ons as per your requirements.
Do you provide bulk discounts?
Yes, depending on the final quantity and billing value.
Do you charge extra for shipping?
Yes, shipping and handling charges are applicable for large gifting orders.
Do you sell vouchers that we can gift?
