The Nolen Gur Kheer Kadam has the best of both worlds and fuses two of our favourite sweets together. The outside of the Kheer Kadam is soft Malai Peda which encloses a juicy Nolen Gur Rasgulla on the inside. This sphere of joy is then rolled in dessicated coconut giving it a slightly chunky texture. Our Motichur Laddu is an absolute classic. Made the old school way with besan, ghee and sugar, and saffron, these laddus are immediately rolled when warm. Keeping traditions intact, our Motichur Laddu is garnished with saffron and dried marigold.
