The Magic Behind the Sweet Treat!

During this time of year, Kala Jamun is found in abundance in Maharashtra. We wanted to make the most of this season’s produce by recreating one of your favourite sweet shop treats, the childhood sugary delight jujubes! Our Jamun Jujubes are made by cooking down fresh Jamun puree with sugar. Once left to set, each slab is cut into equal squares and filled into our jars. To add that pucker to the jujube, we’ve stirred up a spice mix made with black salt, chilli powder and sugar that you can toss into your jujube and pop into your mouth, while you enjoy the last few days of summer!
