The Magic Behind The Mithai!

Moti Paak is quite frankly the best of both worlds! A popular sweet treat from Rajasthan and Gujarat, it is essentially a Boondi Laddoo made in the form of a Burfi with a khoya. What we’ve done differently is that in between two layers of boondi we’ve sandwiched a rich layer of Mango pista kalakand made with the pulp of the best mangoes of the season! A wonderful texture play of soft melt in your mouth boondi and creamy kaland. We finish it off with pista and blue cornflower, making it summer ready
