Our Barfi Box has been put together for the ultimate barfi lover! In this box you'll find our Milk Cake, Malai Peda and Kaapi Paak. We make our Milk Cake the most traditional way by splitting the milk and constantly adding milk solids to it from the sides of the kadhai. In addition to sugar, what we do a little differently is that we add a dash of malt to our Milk Cake that gived it a slightly nutty flavour. Our Milk Cake is finally milk is dipped in caramel and adorned with a chocolate tuile on top. The Malai Peda at Bombay Sweet Shop is made into a bite sized cylindrical treat. It is stuffed with a dryfruit filling of emerald pistachios, Nasik figs, honey and orange zest with a dash of Himalayan rose water. This is then topped off with a pink flower made with khoya. The Kaapi Paak brings together our love for the traditional Mysore Paak and a strong cup of joe! While preparing the soft Mysore Paak we add coffee powder at the start. Once set, the Kaapi Paak is cut in equal sizes and topped with a dash of sea salt and white and black sesame seeds.
