Doodh Boondi Laddoo A play on an Indian classical boondi laddoo that Chief Mithaiwala Girish Nayak first tasted in Jaipur at Bhagat Mishtan Bhandar. Made from milk, besan & rabri flavoured with javitri & topped with emerald pistachios & rose petals.
Dodha Burfi Made from sprouted wheat flour, a classical winter sweet from the North west frontier of India. Our version at Bombay Sweet shop was inspired from a morning cinnamon bun. This Burfi is made with orange zest, coconut, cinnamon & spices and glazed. What makes this Mithai distinct is the flour used.
Dulce de Leche Pedha The Dulce de Leche Pedha is inspired from a Lal Pedha which is known to have caramel notes. A lal pedha is made by cooking down the milk for hours until it gets a redish colour. We've elevated a classic Lal Pedha with a Dulce de Leche filling & peanut brittle.
Cutting Katli A take on the popular Bombay slang of 'cutting' which means by half like cutting chai. This traditional mithai is made with cashew, cardamom and covered in varq and split in half as per tradition.
