Anatomy of the Vegan Power Barfi

The sweeteners in our fudgy Power Barfis are coconut sugar and jaggery. These barfis are then cooked with cardamom, cashews, almonds, pistachios, figs as well as assorted seeds like sesame, poppy and melon for crunch. Each mithai is coated with puffed amaranth.

The Magic Behind the Mithai!

Our Vegan Power Laddu has been inspired by the festive dryfruit barfi. The base of the barfi is dates and figs. Instead of using refined sugar as a sweetener - this treat gets its sweetness from coconut sugar, jaggery as well as from the natural flavour of the dates and figs. To pack some crunch into the laddu we've added an assortment of seeds and have coated it with puffed amaranth. This treat is the perfect midday snack or a guilt-free aftermeal treat!
