Our Modak Medley box has Chocolate Fudge Modaks, Puran Poli Modaks and Coconutty Khubani Modaks.

If your Bappa is a chocolate lover just like you are, our Chocolate Fudge Modak is the perfect treat for you two! A bite-sized version of our favourite Bombay’s 3-Layer Fudge, this modak is inspired by the mandatory fudge and chikki stops in Lonavala!

Our chefs were thinking what Modak flavour would represent what the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi meant to the city of Bombay and instantly Puran Poli came to mind! The base of the modak is a saffron peda that is filled with with chana dal, jaggery, black pepper, cardamom and nutmeg.

Inspired by the classic and iconic fruit and nut pairing is our Coconutty Khubani Modak. Malai peda rolled in desiccated coconut and rose petals are filled with a house-made Khubani or apricot jam.
