The Magic Behind the Sweet Treat!

We all have memories of eating countless sugar-coated jujubes growing up, mesmerized by all the different colours losing track of how many we’d end up gobbling through the day! Inspired by this very sweet memory, we wanted to make the most of the season’s produce by introducing aam papad in a slightly different form with our sweet and sour Jujubes! These squares of joy also have a little bit of tamarind inspired by Amritsar’s famous Khatta Meetha Aam Papad made with mango and tamarind.
