Remember that epic jam & cream biscuit we indulged in growing up? Crumbly biscuit, that chewy sweet and sour radiant jam, crunchy granules of sugar, it was such an instant pick me up!

This summer we want to take you down memory lane by creating a rendition of the legendary jam & cream biscuit in mithai form of course! The Mango peda is made my cooking mango puree with mawa. It is carved into a mould to resemble this childhood treat and then filled with a jammy, raspberry centre! A sweet, sour, summery delight made with the season’s best mangoes!
