The Indie Bar is a chocolate bar truly Indian at heart, where mithai meets chocolate! The base of our Indian chocolate bar is flaky and chunky peanut patissa. This is then layered with a peanut praline and then enrobed in 54% dark chocolate.

The Magic Behind The Indie Bar!

Our favourite bits from the quintessential candy bars from our childhood come together in the Indie Bar. While experimenting with soan papdi, our chefs realised the potential for its application in candy. This traditional Indian sweet is made by cooking gram flour, sugar and ghee until a stretchable caramel is formed. The extremely hot mixture is then hand-pulled to form fine, flaky, crunchy fibres that simply melt in the mouth.

While making the Peanut Praline Patissa Indie Bar, the patissa is pulled with chunky peanuts and layered with peanut praline. Each bar is then enrobed in 55% dark chocolate.
