Cookie Combo - Pack of 3

With Bombay Sweet Shop, we didn't want to just look at recreating mithai but also everything that adds to India's sweet diversity and that also includes Indian Cookies. The Nankhatai is an eternal Indian tea time confectionary! We wanted to keep the essence of this classic intact but just make it more accessible and hence decided to make them gluten free! Our version is an Indian Cookie simply made with besan, rice flour and ghee and then dusted with icing sugar once freshly baked out of the oven.

After launching our Indian Cookies, we thought it was time to toss in some flour and work on a new cookie flavour. We dug through our fondest tea time memories and the one treat that most of us fondly remembered were the classic Butter Cookies and we decided to recreate them with a slight twist!

Our cookies are made with refined flour, rice flour and lots of butter giving it that delicious shortbread texture and to make each bite addictive, our cookie also has chewy toffee bits taking the tea time indulgence on a whole new level!

The Christmas special Chocolate Butter Cookies are a nod to everyone's favourite chocolate chip cookies. These cookies are the third one in the range of our Indian Cookie range.

The cookie dough is made flour, cocoa powder, sugar and rich chocolate chips. Once baked, to add a touch of savoury - our cookies are topped with a dash of sea-salt cutting through the sweetness and packed in a festive Christmas inspired tin in association with chumbak.

All cookies are best enjoyed with a cup of coffee!
