Butterscotch Bomb

We decided to put two of our favourite butterscotch treats together in this bag! Our Choco Butterscotch Barks have been reimagined from the toffee like texture of the Lucknowi Sohan Halwa in the form of a brittle chocolate candy with layers of chocolate, silky butterscotch, toasted almonds and sea salt! After launching our Indian Cookies last year, we thought it was time to toss in some flour and work on a new cookie flavour. We dug through our fondest tea time memories and the one treat that most of us fondly remembered were the classic Butter Cookies and we decided to recreate them with a slight twist! Our cookies are made with refined flour, rice flour and lots of butter giving it that delicious shortbread texture and to make each bite addictive, our cookie also has chewy toffee bits taking the tea time indulgence on a whole new level! Best enjoyed with a cup of coffee!
