Assorted Mango Mithai Box

Our Assorted Mango Box has a mix of our Mango Raspberry Barfi, Mango Cheesecake Bon Bon and Mango Smoothie Peda. 

Remember that epic jam & cream biscuit we indulged in growing up? Crumbly biscuit, that chewy sweet and sour radiant jam, crunchy granules of sugar, it was such an instant pick me up! This summer we want to take you down memory lane by creating a rendition of the legendary Jim Jam in mithai form of course! Our Mango peda is made my cooking mango puree with mawa. It is carved into a mould to resemble this childhood treat and then filled with a jammy, raspberry centre! A sweet, sour, summery delight made with the season’s best mangoes!

Next up is our Mango Smoothie Peda. Who doesn't love cooling off in the summers with a creamy comforting glass of mango smoothie? We converted tha flavours of this summer delight into a bite sized treat. Our mango peda, made with mango puree, is rolled with blue cornflower petals and pistachio and passed through a cylindrical mould. This is then filled with a mango yoghurt ganache and house-made mango jam. The peda is then sealed with a coin shaped mango peda.

Lastly this box has our Mango Cheesecake Bon Bon. Inspired by the layers of a traditional cheesecake, the base of the sweet is a biscuit peda. This is layered with a cream cheese ganache and a mango jam. Once left to set, the sweet is sealed with a layer of mango peda that is dressed with rose petals.
