We want you to know that your sweets are made with not just love but a whole lot of care & precaution and we take a number of steps while preparing your sweets.
Here is everything you need to know about getting your favourite mithai & sweets to your door step.
Gifting
Order your dose of sweets to get you through the week or gift a loved one to make their day extra special through our pre ordering option. A 2 day prior notice is required for all orders.
Same Day Delivery & Pick Up

You can also swing by The Sweet Shop to pick up your box of joy from our takeaway counter from Wednesday through Sunday with a side of fresh coffee! Don't forget to say hi to our team!
All our Mithai Magicians are wearing single-use gloves & masks while making all Mithai.
All Mithai boxes are heat sealed before being sent so that you can enjoy Mithai from the box itself!
Our front of the house team handles each bag of joy with extreme care & precaution, making sure your order reaches you perfectly and safely.

Our Sweet Shop currently delivers and is open for TAKEAWAY from Wednesdays to Sundays, from 11-7pm.
You can contact us via our Mithai Hotline on +917777011097 to help you with status updates. If you have placed an order via bombaysweetshop.com note that there is a 2-day lead time for the deliveries and you can order up to a month in advance. Note that you will not receive a separate message once your order is out for delivery.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver at exact specified times of the day, though deliveries are normally made between the 10am and 8pm.

We currently deliver within Mumbai district only and are not shipping outside of Mumbai yet.
Yes, we have several options to make your gifts more personal. Do visit our Gifting page to see some samples - from mithai box sleeves, to notes, bags & more. Please allow us about a week for customizations.
We can also add a note for you - please use the 'notes' section upon check out.
