Our Assorted Mithai Box has some of our classics and some seasonal new additions!
Start with our tart and sweet treat- Mango Raspberry Barfi! Our Mango barfi is made by cooking mango puree with mawa. It is moulded to resemble the childhood jam biscuit we are all so fond of and then filled with a jammy, raspberry centre! A sweet, sour, summery delight made with the season’s best mangoes!
Next up is our Mango Jam Peda! Who doesn't love cooling off in the summer with a bowl of freshly made aamras? We converted the flavours of this summer delight into a bite-sized treat. Our mango peda, made with mango puree, is rolled with rose petals and pistachio and passed through a cylindrical mould. This is then filled with mango jam or sweetened aamras. The peda is then sealed with a coin-shaped mango peda.
Lastly this box has our Mango Cheesecake Bon Bon. Aam papad and cream cheese ganache sandwiched between mango peda is dressed with rose petals and pistachios.
Kaju Marzipan Bon Bon- Kaju Katli with decadent ganache inspired by the concept of chocolate-coated marzipan, our Nolen Gur & Coconut Kheer Kadam coated with desiccated coconut, our refined sugar-free Dark Chocolate & Coffee Barfi with a chocolate ganache center, our Nutty Date Barfi sweetened with coconut sugar and jaggery, our version of Milk Cake, and an extra indulgent Dulce de Lecha Peda, our take on Varanasi's Lal Peda.
